All U. K. orders are dispatched next working day, and are normally sent using Royal Mail. Options are available for customers who wish to add tracking. MyHermes will be used for heavier items such as mugs. Delivery times are normally 1 – 4 working days within the U.K.
For Europe, we normally use Royal Mail standard Airmail or standard Airmail Track and Trace. Delivery times usually range between 4 – 10 working days within Europe, but please allow up to 28 days.
For the rest of the World, we normally use Royal Mail standard Airmail or standard Airmail Track and Trace. Delivery times usually range between 8 – 15 working days, but please allow up to 45 days.
It is very rare for our items to go missing in the post or not be delivered. In the unlikely event that an item is not delivered, we will not be able to process a claim with the postal services for 15 days in the U.K., 28 days for Europe or 45 days for the Rest of the World. This allows time for any un-deliverable items to be returned to us.
In the event of your order being delayed, please check with your local postal delivery / sorting office, as delivery may have been attempted, and the item may be awaiting collection. In most cases, the postal services will leave a card if a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, but this is not always the case.
99% of non-received items are returned to us ‘unclaimed’ via the postal service after an attempted delivery.
Please note – Customers will receive a shipping notice when their item is dispatched. If you have selected a trackable service, the tracking number will be included in the shipping notice.
As most products are made to order. We are unable to accept returns for the reasons of changing you mind or ordered wrong size or colour. If you have received a faulty or broken item we will help as much as possible to resolve the issue.
If you login to your account and select order history, you can see the status of your order. If your order contains tracking information you can check the status from your orders page. You will also receive an email when your order is dispatched including any tracking information.

If you have entered the wrong shipping address you must contact us within 1 hour of time of purchase. However if you contact us within 12 hours we maybe able to change it for you.
Yes we ship to every country but we do advise you to select a shipping method with tracking when you checkout.
